Today’s Lesson: On this day, think about one thing that your body requires that it didn’t need yesterday. Listen, observe, and pay attention to the physical, emotional, mental, and psychological stresses in your body, and respond to one of them fully and consciously.
Your goal: to pay attention to your body in every way.
Today’s Lesson: Ask yourself if youre afraid to heal. Your conscious mind may say no because that’s the logical reply. But this question is for that deeper part of you-your emotional self, which might have developed fears about becoming healthy.
Your goal: to explore whether you have deep-seated reasons to want to postpone healing.
Today’s Lesson: Eat only the foods that are good for you. Perhaps this is something you normally do, in which case you should feel very good about how well you’re caring for yourself. Most people, however, know that they should be more attentive to this area, but find it difficult.
Today’s Lesson: Discover one thing that would make you better and more empowered at what you do and who you are, and make it a part of your routine. If this is difficult, identify why becoming “better” is something you wouldn’t want to do.
Your goal: to recognize how and why you sabotage your empowerment.
Today’s Lesson: Know that healing sometimes depends on the strength, willingness, and ability to change direction. Many people postpone doing so due to fear or laziness, and then they wonder why they’re not happy and healthy.
Your goal: to make one solid, effective healing choice by the end of the day that can positively change the direction of your life.
Today’s Lesson: Engage in psychic cleansing. How much debris do you carry in your energy field? Debris is generated by irritation, stress, unfinished business, and mental and emotional toxins. It’s distracting and disempowering to the healing process.
Your goal: to release unnecessary thoughts and emotions.
Today’s Lesson: Look at the issue of dependency. Do you rely upon others to do what you should be doing for yourself? Healing is a solo endeavor, and while we all need support during this ultimately the task of self-empowerment process, rests with us.
Your goal: to identify and modify the ways in which you release personal responsibility to others.
